Celtic Kombucha is an organic, artisan brand, made in small batches in Ireland. Everything is hand made in County Clare by local chef Patrick McGannon where he often includes healthy ingredients from his surrounding area: carrageen from the bay, honey from the Burren and carrots from the bog.
While living in Asia, Chef Patrick McGannon discovered kombucha, an ancient fermented tea drink and quickly became an advocate sharing his own personal health transformation upon drinking it daily.
